Gaze through the massive glass walls and glass doors for an almost uninterrupted sea and forest view from the living area and bathroom. Unwind and enjoy the spectacular scenery from your room. Swing open the doors for a refreshing sea breeze to drift through the space.

In the bathroom, you will love relaxing in the oversized bath and enjoying the private view of the luscious green terrain and the sea.
Each of our extensive guest rooms features high ceilings for an airy, opulent feel. Stash your belongings away in the walk-in wardrobe and drift off in the incredibly comfortable bed. In the morning, wake up with a cleansing shower in the generously sized bathroom. The bathrooms also boast separate toilets, twin basins, and mirrors.
In the room, we provide free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected if you wish to. There's also an in-room safe, SKY TV, and music via the integrated sound system to use during your stay. Put on your favourite playlist while relaxing on the deck and let your stresses melt away, or put on your favourite movie at the end of a long day.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE ACCOMMODATION
One of our villas, Serenity, has been designed to be entirely wheelchair accessible. It has been modified with wider doorways, and wet rooms with grab rails and ramps to provide easy access in and out of the villa. The kitchenette has also been adapted. A place where you can completely relax, feel totally safe and catered for.
CAR PARK AND EV CHARGING STATION
You can park your car securely in our car park between your outings. For your convenience, we provide EV charging stations for our guests.
Having a car on the island is a handy way to explore everything Waiheke has to offer, and you can rest assured that it will be safe at our facility.

Early check-in or late check out request
We are more than happy to note an early check-in request against your booking. You may check in at an earlier time if the room is ready before 15:00, but this is subject to availability and to be confirmed via text message on the day of your arrival.
Please be aware that there may be an additional charge for an early check-in. However, there are no additional charges if you have booked your stay directly on our website and we have room available to accommodate your request.
If you wish to check out later than 12:00, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. It’s free and subject to availability.

The villas have keyless electronic entry. In the morning of your arrival, you will receive an email with a PIN code for access to your villa.

There’s no need to check out online, as everything will have already been taken care of.
Yes. Omana Luxury Villa’s website has an SSL security certificate. No one will be able to access your credit card details, which will remain protected.
Your reservation is confirmed the moment you have entered your details, credit card number and validated the booking by clicking “Confirm”.
A reservation number will appear on the screen and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address given at the time of the booking. Be sure to check your inbox or junk mail folder.

Cancellation
For bookings made through a Third-Party, refer to the cancellation policy in their terms and conditions for information on refunds. For bookings made through the Owner or if the Third-Party does not explicitly address cancellation, the following cancellation policy applies:
(a) Base policy: 14-day and 30-day cancellation windows
(b) Travelers who cancel 30 days or more before 6:00 PM NZST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
(c) Travelers who cancel between 30 and 14 days before 6:00 PM NZST on the day of check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount.
(d) Travelers who cancel less than 14 days before 6:00 PM NZST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
If for any reason the Property becomes uninhabitable prior to the commencement of the booking, resulting in cancellation, then the Owner will refund to You all monies paid in full. If You booked through a Third-Party then their refund policies will apply. If that Third-Party does not have a refund policy, then the Owner’s shall apply.
If the Property becomes uninhabitable during the rental period, the Owner will cancel the remainder of the booking and refund the rental amount (pro rata for the nights not stayed). If You booked through a Third-Party then their policy will apply.
If You depart early or fail to show up for a booking, You will not be entitled to a refund.
